1. Agreement to These Terms

By visiting our website, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, enrolling in services, signing an agreement, making a payment, or communicating with Valerus Enterprises LLC or NextLevel Credit Repair, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our website, submit your information, or enroll in our services.

2. Who We Are

Valerus Enterprises LLC operates NextLevel Credit Repair, a credit education, credit repair, and funding-positioning company. Our goal is to help clients improve their credit profile, correct inaccurate or unverifiable information, build stronger credit habits, and position themselves for future personal or business funding opportunities.

Credit repair is not the final goal. Credit repair is a qualification tool designed to help clients become better positioned for approvals, funding, credit cards, loans, housing, auto financing, and other financial opportunities.

3. Services Provided

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit report review and credit profile analysis
  • Credit repair strategy
  • Preparation and submission of dispute letters
  • Dispute tracking and follow-up
  • Client coaching and credit education
  • Credit monitoring guidance
  • Funding readiness education
  • Credit building recommendations
  • Client portal access
  • Document collection and account updates
  • Communication through phone, email, text message, live chat, and client portal

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial investment advice.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Valerus Enterprises LLC and NextLevel Credit Repair do not guarantee:

  • A specific credit score increase
  • Removal of accurate, verified, or legally reportable items
  • Approval for credit cards, loans, funding, housing, auto financing, or any financial product
  • A specific timeline for results
  • Any specific lender, bank, creditor, or bureau decision

Results vary based on each client's credit profile, documentation, creditor responses, credit bureau investigations, payment history, utilization, account age, new accounts, inquiries, and other factors outside of our control.

We work to challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, incomplete, duplicate, or questionable information using rights available under consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best possible service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Maintain active credit monitoring if required
  • Upload requested documents in a timely manner
  • Forward credit bureau, creditor, collector, or identity verification letters to us
  • Respond to requests for information
  • Keep your contact information updated
  • Avoid taking actions that harm your credit profile while enrolled
  • Make payments according to your selected plan
  • Be honest about your credit history, current debts, goals, and financial situation

Failure to cooperate may delay or limit your results.

6. Credit Monitoring Requirement

Credit monitoring may be required for enrollment and ongoing service. Credit monitoring allows us to review updated credit report data, track changes, and prepare disputes or recommendations.

Credit monitoring services may be provided by third-party platforms. You are responsible for maintaining access to your credit monitoring account and understanding any separate charges, trial terms, or subscription terms from the monitoring provider.

7. Pricing and Payment

Credit repair service pricing may include:

  • $700 one-time payment, or
  • $110 per month payment plan, with the remaining balance due upon completion, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement or checkout terms.

Pricing may vary based on promotions, service level, signed agreement, or payment processor terms.

All payments are subject to the terms of the payment processor used at checkout.

8. Refund Policy

Because credit repair and consulting services involve time, labor, analysis, strategy, onboarding, dispute preparation, administrative work, and client support, payments may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise required by law or stated in your signed service agreement.

Any refund request will be reviewed based on:

  • Whether work has already started
  • Whether disputes were prepared or submitted
  • Whether client onboarding was completed
  • Whether the client failed to provide required information
  • Whether the request falls within any legal cancellation period

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.

9. Right to Cancel

You may have the right to cancel your credit repair service agreement under applicable law. Any cancellation rights, deadlines, and procedures will be provided in your client agreement and/or cancellation notice where required.

If you wish to cancel, contact us at:

Email: khalil@valerusenterprises.com

10. Funding Positioning Disclaimer

We may educate clients on how to become better positioned for funding. This can include credit profile improvement, utilization strategy, credit building, account mix, positive payment history, inquiry management, and lender-readiness education.

We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions. We do not guarantee approval. Any approval, denial, limit, rate, or funding offer is determined solely by the lender, bank, creditor, or financing provider.
